Getting started

Stratum URL

Point your BCH-compatible ASIC at:

stratum+tcp://sept-microsoft.with.playit.plus:25608

Stratum is served over a public tunnel to our US-East node. ASICBoost (version-rolling) is enabled for any miner that supports it.

Username format

Your stratum username is your BCH payout address, optionally followed by . and a worker name:

bitcoincash:qqfjxgec456ajtelkjthygr3gwzl9qe39sfr2nqwkl.rig1

Or without the bitcoincash: prefix, which most miner firmwares handle fine:

qqfjxgec456ajtelkjthygr3gwzl9qe39sfr2nqwkl.rig1

Important: invalid BCH addresses are rejected at authorization time. Use a cashaddr (starts with q, p, or bitcoincash:). Password can be anything — x is fine.

Payouts

This is a shared pool with PPLNS scoring. When the pool solves a block, the coinbase transaction itself pays every miner proportional to their recent share contribution. There's no pool wallet holding your BCH — you get paid on-chain the moment we find a block, and the funds become spendable after the standard 100-block coinbase maturity.

See the Payments page for a live list of every coinbase distribution we've emitted.

Difficulty

Starting difficulty is 262144; minimum is 4096. Small rigs (older S9s, etc.) may take several minutes to submit a first share — the pool is variable-difficulty and will quickly drop to a stream-friendly level once it sees your hashrate.

Finding your worker

  1. Point your miner at the stratum URL above.
  2. Wait ~60 seconds for the first share to be submitted.
  3. Visit /miner/<your-bch-address> to see hashrate, workers, and accumulated pool shares.
  4. When the pool solves a block, you'll appear on the Payments page with your coinbase amount and txid.
